K-Pod is a modern version of the old-school ‘teardrop’ campers which were popular in the mid 20th century and incorporate the same features of simplicity, functionality and value.
Developed in 2015 by Geoff Rickard in Tauranga, the company is now run by Jack Hendry and K-Pods are now produced at our new, expanded workshop in Omokoroa, outside Tauranga.
K-Pods are made from a one-piece fibreglass mould that is watertight and looks so smooth and sleek.
They are extremely lightweight and so easy to manoeuvre. They provide everything you need in a small compact form.
